My husband and I arrived in the Lake Norman area nearly 20 years ago via Akron/Cleveland, Ohio and then Pittsburgh. It felt like home almost immediately because we found the people so friendly. I’m not sure if it is the abundant sunshine or the pretty lake that creates such a sense of community and happiness. Not only have we watched our three beautiful children grow and blossom in Cornelius but also have watched this area grow into a very amenity rich community that is suitable for all lifestyles young and old. As with many families…most of my husbands family followed us here!

Before Real Estate I had a career first in Merchandise and Sales Management for a major department store and then Corporate Client Services and Product Implementation in banking. I am detail oriented and have an eye for design along with extensive knowledge of this area.

I had moved to NC from NJ summer of 2019 but started looking in 2018. My realtor at Lake Norman Real Estate is Kim Zarsadias. Kim wanted to 'know' me so that she could find the right fit for me and my family. At first, I was looking for a home to rent for 1 year before deciding to purchasing my forever home. Kim took me to every neighborhood she thought may be of interest to me and every house she thought fit my needs. She found us the perfect rental house in a sweet neighborhood. After almost 1 year of being here, we decided we wanted to make this area our permanent residence. So off we went again, to find the place we would call Home. Having known me now, she had a very good sense of what I liked and what my needs were and showed me only places that fit. She recently found us our warm, inviting & comfortable Home in a wonderful neighborhood. She is not only super sweet, but she is very patient and eager to investigate every option, and meets every challenge until it's no longer a challenge. She understands her customer's needs and wants them to be happy and content with their decision. She works tirelessly to make sure her customers' needs are met. When choosing a realtor to sell (and purchase) our home, we were looking for someone with integrity, someone who would was honest and who was committed and obviously someone who would get our house sold. Kim definitely met our requirements and then some. Throughout the entire process, which might I add was very complicated, Kim was there to assist us any time of day. Wanted to send a review on Kim Zarsadias regarding our adventure on finding a home moving from Ohio to NC. We worked with Kim for quite awhile from Ohio. She was so wonderful sending us pictures of homes. When we arrived in NC she took us to so many homes to see and actually picked me up so I didn’t have to drive myself. We were staying in a Airbnb rental when we arrived and only had a certain amount of time to find and purchase a home but Kim made it happen.
